Enable Safari File Uploading

6:27 PM

If you want to know how to enable Safari file uploading on your devices you can do it by simply following a series of troubleshooting steps.  However, before you start performing the process you need to ensure that your device is jailbroken.
  • Launch Cydia on Springboard, take a look at the bottom of the careen and then choose the Sections tab.
  • Once you see the list of sections just select Tweaks and then the Safari Upload Enabler.
  • Select the Purchase button to buy the tweak and install it.
  • You need to confirm your action before you can start the installation process.
  • After the installation click on the Reboot Device button to have the device restarted.
  • You may then launch Safari once your phone has already rebooted.
  • Go to a web page that has HTML file upload field and then select the Choose File button.
  • You will then see the directory listing of files that you can choose from for upload as well as images from your photo library.
If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch you can always use the steps above to enable Safari uploading and to do things such as upload a file on a webpage.  You can even upload files from your computer by successfully enabling file uploads.
